Subprocessors

Last Updated: August 19, 2026

A subprocessor is a third party that Social Intents, LLC engages to process customer personal data on our behalf in order to provide our live chat and AI chatbot services. This page is the current subprocessor list referenced by Annex III of our Data Processing Agreement. To request a copy of our Data Processing Agreement, email privacy@socialintents.com.

A provider appears on this list only where we engage it under our own account and credentials. Services that you connect yourself, using your own account or API key, are not our subprocessors. Those are covered in the Services You Connect section below.

Services You Connect

Some services receive your data because you connected them, using your own account, workspace, or API key. These are not our subprocessors. We transmit data to them at your direction, and their handling of that data is governed by your own agreement with them.

  • Team messaging platforms you connect, such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Chat, Zoom, and Webex.
  • SMS and messaging providers you connect with your own account credentials, such as Twilio.
  • AI models you enable with your own API key, including Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), and bring-your-own-key OpenAI models.
  • CRMs, help desks, automation tools, and contact enrichment providers that you connect with your own credentials.

Notice of Changes

We update this page when we add or replace a subprocessor. Where our Data Processing Agreement applies, we provide at least 30 days' advance notice to the account contact on file before a new subprocessor begins processing customer personal data, and you may object on reasonable, documented data protection grounds during that period.

We may engage a replacement subprocessor without advance notice where necessary to address a service interruption, security incident, legal requirement, or other emergency. In that case we provide notice as soon as reasonably practicable.

To receive subprocessor change notices at a specific address, email us at privacy@socialintents.com with the address you want on file.
