Add Social Intents live chat and AI chatbots to your Shopify store. Social Intents is available as a Shopify app with built-in billing through the Shopify App Store.
Installing from the Shopify App Store
Find the App
Search for "Social Intents" in the Shopify App Store, or navigate to the app listing directly.
Install
Click Add app. Shopify will ask you to approve the permissions. The app will create your Social Intents account automatically using your Shopify store information.
Choose a Plan
Select a plan (Starter, Basic, or Pro). Billing is handled through Shopify, so charges appear on your Shopify invoice.
Add the Widget to Your Theme
After installation, follow the instructions to add the chat widget to your Shopify theme. You can add the widget code in Online Store > Themes > Edit code > theme.liquid. Paste the JavaScript snippet before the closing </body> tag:

Log in to your Social Intents account and connect your widget to Slack, Microsoft Teams, or another platform to start receiving chats.
Shopify Billing
If you installed through the Shopify App Store, plan changes and billing are managed through Shopify. Upgrades redirect to Shopify's approval flow. Your Social Intents charges appear on your regular Shopify bill.
